Terms of Service

The below Terms of Services are applied for Tours and Packages.

1. Child policy
  • Children from 0 to 5 years old are free of charge
  • Children from 6 to 11 years are charged as per child rates. It is almost half of adult rates.
  • Children from 12 years old are considered as adult
  • For families or group with many children, please send us enquiry for the best quotation.
2. Booking and Payment

Bookings are made through our website (or via email or telephone – as per above numbers) must be received 24 hours prior to the commencement of the tour.

The pre-booking confirmation and a pro-forma invoice will be sent to you within 24 hours after the request is received. Unless otherwise advised, it is required that a 100% payment be made within 3 days or 48 hours prior to departure depending on which condition comes first.

Modes of payment will be advised at the time of booking for guests’ best convenience. Please note that the price is excluded of taxes and payment fees.

3. No-show and cancellation

Except for force majeures and other agreed solutions, cancellation fees are applied as follows:

  • A 20% fee is charged for cancellations from 30 to 7 days prior to departure
  • 30% for those from 7 to 3 days, 50% from 2 to 1 days
  • 100% for those less than 24 hours prior to departure.
  • In case of no-shows, a 100% cancellation fee will be applied.
4. Liability

We take guests’ health and safety at top priorities and always do the best to operate the tour in safest conditions.

We buy an extra accident insurance for customers for each tour. Please supply us required information on this regard. However, it is essential that all customers must acquire their own travel insurance to cover you at most in case of unfortune.

We will not be held responsible for any damages caused to clients because of the failures in implementing the committed services if these failures do not come from our company’s ignorance or action.

  • Failures made by clients’ ignorance and with purposes.
  • Failures made by a third party (unavoidable and unpredicted occurrences) which are neither related to the arrangement nor contracted by the company.
  • Failure of or delay in the performance of this Agreement due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to, war, strikes or labor disputes, embargoes, government orders or any other force majeure event.
