• Instructions for use:
  • Put 3-5 drops of essential oil in a pot of hot water, steam the face for 5-10 minutes, inhale deeply continuously for 10 minutes. Steam helps relax, reduce phlegm and nauseous feeling.
  • It can be combined with other warm essential oils such as Melaleuca, Melaleuca quinquenervia, holy basil, lemongrass, eucalyptus for a steam bath to relieve colds. Put 2-3 drops of each type of essential oil in a pot of boiling water and then proceed to steam as in the traditional way.
  • Add 2-3 drops to the essential oil lamp and enjoy the diffused aroma, calm the mind, reduce stress.
  • Mix 3-5 drops of essential oil in 20ml of warm water, rinse your hair with water mixed with essential oils, massage evenly so that the essential oil is absorbed into the hair and scalp. No need to rinse again with water. It is also possible to mix 3-5 drops of Thanh Tra essential oil into the conditioner to incubate the hair.
